Therapy for Adults

I am passionate about helping perfectionists, people pleasers and Highly Sensitive People who are stuck in feelings of overwhelm due to taking on too much, afraid or unsure of setting boundaries to avoid conflict, and beliefs that the only way to experience calm is to make everyone else happy. This is a recipe for burnout and I want to help you build confidence, self-compassion and resilience in your life so you can begin to realize choice, learn to both give and receive and recognize that your well-being is just as important as everyone else's.

  • Religious/Spiritual Trauma Syndrome 

  • ADHD: problems with focusing, impulsive behavior, hyperactivity, inattention, hyper-focus, educational trauma

  • Autism

  • Adjusting to life changes: divorce, becoming a new parent, career change or job loss, chronic illness or injury

  • Caregiver stress: taking care of elderly parent, child with atypical or special needs or sick family member

  • Experiencing a traumatic event

  • Developmental or complex childhood trauma

  • Emotional problems: depression, anxiety, anger, grief, guilt, low self-esteem
